What we collect
When you submit an estimate request on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and any details you provide about the damage or repair you need. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your estimate request, schedule your repair, and communicate with you about your vehicle. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How it's stored
Estimate requests submitted through this website are delivered directly to Carcis Autobody Repair's email inbox. We keep this information only as long as needed to serve you as a customer.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags, Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to tell us which ads lead to a phone call or a booked estimate. These services set cookies in your browser and receive your IP address, the pages you view on this site, the links you click (such as our phone number), and general device and browser information. We use this only to understand how people find the site and whether our advertising works.
We also partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve the site. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity hides the text you type into forms, and the booking calendar runs in a separate Cal.com frame that it does not record.
We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not sell it. Google's handling of the data it collects is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, opt out of Google Ads personalization through Google My Ad Center, and block or delete cookies in most browsers' settings.
Booking through Cal.com
Our estimate scheduling calendar is provided by Cal.com and runs inside this page. The name, email address, phone number, and vehicle details you enter into that calendar are submitted to Cal.com, which passes the booking to us. Their handling of that data is covered by the Cal.com privacy policy.
Do Not Track
Washington State residents, and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws, may request a copy of the personal information we hold or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond. This website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
